Nancy and Jeff Roesch, Decatur, GA residents for more than 30 years, have been volunteers and donors to ARMHC since 1994.

Jeff and Nancy have also chosen to include ARMHC in their estate planning through a bequest to ARMHC to inspire others to remember ARMHC in their family trusts and wills.

Hearts and Hands Legacy Circle

Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities is pleased to announce the Hearts and Hands Legacy Circle, a giving society to recognize those who have named ARMHC as a beneficiary in their estate planning.

We invite you to consider becoming Charter Members of the Hearts and Hands Legacy Circle to help give families “a home away from home” during a critical time in their lives. Members of the Circle who have confirmed their intentions with ARMHC will be given recognition opportunities and other benefits.

A charitable bequest in your will is one of the most popular and simplest ways to make a gift and can be accomplished by including a few sentences in your will or living trust.  Below is suggested language for making a bequest through a codicil-to-will.  Please consult an attorney before inserting this language into your estate planning documents.

“I, [name], of [city, state ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc. (tax ID 58-1295754), [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
